Liana Delucca Johnson

Liana has worked in the outdoor industry for more than 20 years for companies such as The North Face and CamelBak. She is a technically trained Product Designer who graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and the University of California at Davis.  She has designed running, biking, hiking, skiing, sports, water bottles, hydration systems, military and S.W.A.T. team equipment, backpacks, duffel bags, fashion lifestyle products, and accessories such as hats and gloves. She was a competitive three sport athlete in high school and continues to enjoy staying active athletically both indoors and outdoors while also learning new pursuits.

Being one of few female technical equipment designers in the industry, whenever she has the opportunity, she aims to reinvent women’s fit, form and function by infusing ergonomics, technology and fashion.  She has a strong background working in trend research, design strategy, materials and color theory with experience gained working inside and outside of the outdoor industry.

Liana currently lives in Pleasant Hill, California with her husband and three children (older son and boy/girl twins). She strives to create a badass life balanced between family, friends, design, travel, exercise, sports and fun.

Her belief is to KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, AIM HIGH, WORK HARD AND GO AFTER LIVING YOUR DREAMS!
